Team Kaleo has been living with our ministry host (Reindom) for a week now and it has been a blast! We have little less than 2 more weeks left with them. Each team over the next month is going to live with their ministry hosts for 2 weeks. We were the first team to go but we’ve been loving it. At first I was sad to leave the squad and the bunk beds to live with our hosts and sleep on our sleeping pads. After a week, I have seen the connections we have made with them and the community of Sumpango. We have stayed up late watching movies, doing just dance, ice cream runs and hanging out with our new friends. It has been so much fun and will be a sad goodbye when we move back to base.
